My Partner Test's Terms of Service
- By visiting and using the My Partner Test site you are implicitly giving your consent to following these terms of service. If you do not agree with any of these terms of service then you should not use My Partner Test site or any of its services.
- Users who create accounts and design tests agree that they are using their accounts for their own personal use, and are not employing a My Partner Test account for any third parties or outside entities.
- Users who write tests and users who take tests on the My Partner Test website do so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for the content of their tests and any and all outcomes resulting from the posting of tests. Users agree that the owners and employees of the My Partner Test are not responsible for the content of My Partner Tests created by registered users of the My Partner Test website or any other information installed on a user's account. Users of the My Partner Test also agree to report any violations of the My Partner Test terms of service which include, but is not limited to, racially and sexually inappropriate or insensitive content, homophobic content, sexist content, acutely abusive content, or the publication of personal information in the form of phone numbers, email addresses, and street addresses.
- My Partner Test's owners and employees are not responsible for any financial, legal, personal, emotional, physical or any other outcomes or results of anyone who posts, publishes, directs, or takes any of the My Partner Test tests designed and displayed on My Partner Test site. All test makers and test taking users assume full responsibility and all risks in the creation of tests, distribution of tests, services, profiles, and personal information, and their participation in any My Partner Test test or services.
- The My Partner Test makes no claims or guarantees as to the efficacy or potential results of finding or meeting a match, or of any level of participation in my Partner Test tests. The user assumes full responsibility for distributing and promoting their tests and evaluating respondents. Users who create partner matching tests on the My Partner Test website also agree that random users and test takers may find and take their My Partner Tests on their own through My Partner Test search and browse features.
- The My Partner Test reserves the right to list completed user tests on its website, in its search results, in its email newsletter, and test indexes, (Most Popular tests for example,) if the user has marked a test as published. Any user who does not wish to have their test publicly listed must indicate that a test is not to be published. Any user can change the publication status of their test at any time.
- My Partner Test reserves the right to delete or alter any My Partner Test test at any time for any reason. My Partner Test also reserves the right to suspend or delete any account at any time for any reason.
- The user understand that once a test has been reviewed and submitted by the user that the user can no longer edit the test. If the user wishes to make changes, they must make a new test with the changes and delete the older test.
- Users of My Partner Test have the right to delete any of their tests at any time or to cancel their account at any time for any reason. The user agrees and understands that any deleted test or deleted profiles will result in an irreversible loss of information, and that My Partner Test is not obligated or required to retrieve any information related to deleted tests or profiles.
- Even though My Partner Test's owners and employees reserve the right to delete any My Partner Test test at any time for any reason, users should be aware that certain conditions may lead to their test being deleted and/or their user account suspended as well. These conditions include but are not limited to, tests that display overtly racist, sexist, homophobic, or any other extreme prejudice. Tests that display any personal information, for either the user or other parties, such as addresses or phone numbers, and any tests that contain libelous personal attacks on private individuals, is a violation of these terms of service and can result in a deleted test and possibly a suspended account.
- The owners of the My Partner Test reserve the right to delete any images or photos that are uploaded by any user. Images that are excessively crude, offensive, or inappropriate may been taken down without the user's permission.
- Auto log out - The user understands that periodically the My Partner Test will log a user out and require the user to log back in. This is for security reasons, as we periodically wish to have the user relogin to verify that the user is still using their account, and to prevent anyone from maliciously or serendipitously accessing your account
- Currently this site is optimized for people living in the United States of America as regards to regional settings, but may be updated in the future to accommodate further regions.
- You agree not to user the My Partner Test site to harass or threaten any individuals or fellow user of My Partner Test. Doing so can result in your account being suspended or deleted.
- The user agrees not to use the My Partner Test to promote any third party websites or businesses. (AKA Spam.) This site does allow users to post links to promote their own individual person in the form of blog entries, dating profiles from other dating sites, or social media entries, personal webpages, or any other links or pages that pertain to that person as an individual.
- My Partner test reserves the right to remove any material posted by a user that may be a copyright violation.
Facebook Login
The My Partner Test includes a Facbook login and Facebook permissions for some of its memes, so users can more easily create accounts and interact with the site. As a result, The My Partner Test site receives information about the user from Facebook, information which is stored in our Database for login purposes, or other information used in our Facebook Memes.
The My Partner Test site uses any and all information about a user that is derived from Faceabook solely for the purposes of allowing the user to interact with our Facebook memes and also to use culled information to allow users to log in to The My Partner Test for the purposes of creating user accounts on the My Partner Test website. In no way, shape or form is any of the information collected by the My Partner Test website used for any marketing, web tracking, or any other kind of diagnostic tracking.
The My Partner Test site retains all user information soley to allow the user to interact with the site via login and Facebook memes. The My Partner Test site does not share any information with any third party sites or advertisers. The My Partner Test website also does not share any of this inforation with any local, state, or Federal government agencies.

My Partner Test Signature Recipe Meme
The My partner Test Recipe Meme is a parody meme that auto-generates facetious recipes under the supposition of designing 'Signature' dishes for the user. The meme creates these recipes by randomly substituting ingredients into pre-formatted recipes. In no way shape or form are these intended to be actual recipes that people should attempt to prepare or consume. By using the My Partner signature Recipe Meme the user agrees and states that they understand that the auto-generated recipes are parody recipes that are not meant to take literally, and that they will not attempt to prepare said recipes and also agree not to consume anything included in the recipe, either as seperate ingredients or any combination of the ingredients or all of the ingredients as a whole.
