What to do when the My Partner Test webpage or one of its applications isn't working right for you.
While we at the My Partner Test strive to provide a seamless and carefree experience for all of our users, there are times when the website may not work as intended. There are a few things to keep in mind to keep the My Partner Test running smoothly, and issues that may cause problems:

- Your browser should also be up to date. Older browsers that have not been updated in a while can give the site a headache. If your browser version is out of date, try updating your browser to the current version. Also, if the site is not working properly in your web browser, try another browser. Occasionally certain browsers can cause problems with the site.
- If you are having trouble activating your account, you can try resending an activation email with this link.
- For all other technical problems or issue you are having with the site you may contact us. Make sure you select "Bug Report" in the type of comment field. Make sure to let us know what kind of computer you're using, which operating system, and which browser you're using.
